The owners Philip and Heather Kinlaw have been residents of Brunswick County for over 45 years, they are deeply rooted and have emotional connections to the community. They have been planning events for friends and family for close to 20 years and are a full service event planning, party rental and holiday decorating business. CE&HH was founded to offer Brunswick County and its surrounding areas with more competitive pricing along with great customer service. From birthday, engagement, anniversary and retirement parties to family reunions, weddings and everything in between, we do it all.
